The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes server-side logs on our behalf as a data processor under a UK GDPR-compliant agreement. Outbound links to the Degenden operator pass through our /go-now/ redirector, which may append affiliate tracking parameters recognised by the operator's systems. These parameters do not contain personal data about you and are limited to the campaign identifier that lets the operator credit the referral. We do not embed social widgets, do not run advertising networks and do not use session replay tools.
The services, bonuses and games described on this site are regulated as adult gambling products and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children and we do not place any advertising or promotional content that targets minors. If you believe a child has sent us a message, write to [email protected] and we will remove the record within three working days. The Responsible Gaming page lists the age checks and self-exclusion tools available at the operator.
Server access logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Editorial correspondence is kept for 24 months in case you follow up on the same topic; after that, messages are purged in a quarterly review. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics (counts of page views, no IP addresses) are kept indefinitely because they contain nothing that identifies you. If you ask us to delete your correspondence sooner, we will do so within the statutory period described below.
Server logs are used to keep the site online, to detect abusive traffic patterns, and to measure which pages are reaching readers. Correspondence sent to the editorial address is used to answer your question and, if the question is a correction, to update the affected page. Analytics data drives our editorial priorities: pages that readers reach most often get re-checked first. None of this involves advertising profiling, retargeting or sharing with ad exchanges.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct inaccurate data, to ask for deletion, to restrict processing while a dispute is open, and to object to processing that relies on legitimate interest. Requests go to [email protected] and must include enough information to identify your records (typically the email address you wrote from). We respond within one calendar month, free of charge, unless the request is manifestly unfounded or repetitive. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
The site is served over HTTPS with TLS 1.3 and strict transport security. Editorial inboxes are hosted on a reputable email provider with multi-factor authentication on every account. Access to analytics and server logs is limited to the two editors named on our About Us page. We do not store any payment data on our servers because we do not process payments. Backups of editorial content are encrypted at rest.
Degenden is a read-only information site. We do not run user accounts, we do not take deposits and we do not require registration to read any page. The data we do process falls into three categories: server access logs (IP address, user agent, referring URL, requested path, HTTP status, timestamp), optional contact-form data when you write to [email protected] (your email address, your name if you supply one, and the text of the message), and anonymised traffic analytics (page views, session duration, country-level location derived from IP, device class). We do not profile individuals, we do not build cross-site tracking lists and we do not sell personal data to third parties.
